I have lived in Hilliard for over 24 years and served the last 7 years on the Hilliard City Council.  Previously, I served 12 years on the Hilliard City School's Board of Education. I love this community and will continue to do what is best for it.

I have been married to my wife, Phyllis, for 35 years and I have three children who attended Hilliard Schools; Rachel, 28, Dan and Sarah, who are both 25.  They are all out on their own now and we are blessed that they are thriving, so we are proud empty nesters.

Hilliard is a great community to live, work and raise a family. As a council member I would have three primary goals. First, to continue to promote smart and planned commercial growth to ease the real estate tax burden on our residents. Second, to continue to develop afirst class parks system with amenities for the whole community. And third, to continue to advocate for high quality development in downtown Hilliard.
